  • What are the priorities of the position?
  • What type of systems/software/technical equipment do you use?
  • What are the position goals for the first three months? Six months? Year?
  • What type of training do you normally provide?
  • Will I be interacting with other departments within the company? Which? How?
  • What types of deadlines will I be meeting?
  • What is the supervisor like? How long has he/she been with been with the company?
  • How many people work in the department/company?
  • What are the most interesting aspects of the position?
  • Any drawbacks of the position of which I should be aware?

  • What are the peak/busier times of the year for this position/department?
  • Is overtime anticipated? How frequent and extensive?
